DPM is a music of the digital age, of which it fully employs it digital means.
DPM is a progressive music as it is it all about human emotions, pure and honest communication between human beings, art as a means to grow together, and contributing with positive vibes.
More than pure electronic dance music (EDM) about movement and a pure groove, set with a different perspective, our music aims at living together stories, at travelling in new musical space and time.

We really believe this a progressive music, such as Digital Progressive Music (DPM), is emerging and is more and more needed to be heard, in our current era. DPM is not to be disseminated as standardised, repetitive and mass-produced music.

DPM opens new and alternative paths for the composition of the music in the future.

Music should be more than a pure ambiant sound for a procedural consumption society.
Our attempt for such digital progressive music builds on a much older musical root, explored in the synths music of the 70s and 80s, with synths popularised in the 90s. Such stream was somehow blurred among multiples more major musical trends and recent musical streams.
We simultaneously build on the most recent and modern synths. We receive the influenced from contemporary music under a classical perspective.

Dawn Wave band supports and participates in the upraising of Digital Progressive Music stream and movement (DPM).
